The following 'reminder' cards are aligned with typical DHH student accommodations listed in their IEPs. Reminder cards are for the students to use to remind classroom teachers and substitutes about the accommodations in their IEPs. When students need to advocate for themselves, they don't always have the right words or want to say something in front of their peers. The following reminder cards help the DHH student on his/her journey to be a good self-advocate. It is helpful to print on different colored paper and laminate so the student can use them repeatedly. *Only give the student the reminder cards that are aligned with his/her IEP.
